Super Constellation Propeller Sculpture

Over twenty years ago, MotoArt introduced the Super Constellation Propeller Sculpture to aviation fans worldwide. These iconic sculptures were crafted from the Hamilton Standard Blades used to propel the illustrious Super Constellation. However, after several years of producing this MotoArt Classic, our access to these propellers was restricted due to the scarcity of the supply.

After almost two decades, we were fortunate to have received an invitation to preserve the legacy of the remaining Hamilton Standard Blades while matching the grandeur of the Super Constellation.

Paired with the Hamilton Standard Blades, the Super Constellation Engine was an engineering masterpiece. Powered by four powerful Wright R-3350 Turbo-Compound engines, this aircraft had an exceptional power-to-weight ratio, enabling it to reach impressive speeds and altitudes. The R-3350 engines were renowned for their reliability and performance, delivering substantial power while maintaining fuel efficiency. The combination of the Hamilton Standard Blades and Super Constellation Engine set a new standard for long-range commercial aviation in the 1950s and 1960s, leaving an indelible mark on the aviation industry.

Now, after more than 20 years since being first introduced, we are happy to welcome back the Super Constellation Propeller Sculpture.

The sculpture stands almost 8 feet tall on a 22” diameter base atop a three-blade clamshell propeller hub. Over 150 hours of craftsmanship have gone into sanding and polishing the propeller to bring out the exquisite mirror finish. Internal LED lighting allows you to change the look and mood effortlessly.

In addition to the striking mirror polish, these blades are also available in their authentic finish. Showcase the innovative design principles and engineering excellence behind the powerful Super Connie engine, a tangible reminder in your hangar, home or office, with this legendary Super Constellation Propeller Sculpture by MotoArt.
